The House

A private home in Lavant

Greenbank is a private three-bedroom home in Lavant, just outside Chichester, available for selected dates around Goodwood’s major events. Three en-suite bedrooms, a private garden and ample driveway parking make it a comfortable base for a stay together.

Three bedrooms, each with an en-suite

Every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, giving couples and groups their own space while sharing the house. Greenbank sleeps 6–8 guests, with a large sofa bed in the snug providing space for two additional guests. The snug offers privacy from the rest of the house.

Time together, indoors and out

The kitchen and living spaces provide room to spend time together before and after your event. Outside, the private garden offers space to relax and enjoy outdoor dining.

Private driveway parking

Greenbank has ample off-road parking on its private driveway, useful for guests travelling to Goodwood in more than one car.

A base for Goodwood event stays

From Festival of Speed and the Revival to Members’ Meeting and Glorious Goodwood, Greenbank is positioned for selected event dates. Availability, rates and stay arrangements are confirmed individually.
